Pick plots you can add value to.  

Right now its slim pickings in real estate for properties that will cash flow or see any significant appreciation. of course they are always out there but a lot harder to find.The other question is why do you want to continue to grow?

We have the material on site, contractor doesn't have to pick it up.

We talked about opening the meetups to the general public, and not just BP members to get more people. let me know what topics you'd like to get more expertise on, and I'll line up some people to come so we can pick their brains.

Think on that, a person has an 80%+ chance of there "pick" not just loosing, but possibly going to $0..... 

I'm working through the "picking a market" worksheet and workshop, and there are no clear instructions on how to find this. i've tried googling it, and referencing my data aggregators, but usually data goes back a year, 2-3 if I'm lucky. 

If you want to be taken seriously I'd start saving for your first investment opportunity, maybe pick up OT or a second job to show you have skin in the game.

Returns are great if you get a good area and build a solid team but thats going to take some leg work in picking the right people that see's your vision.
