Is this just another hype deal or is this a new reality for possible rent collection?

When you start out you need to come from a place of reality not someone blowing smoke up your as%.

The reality is I think your going to see a lot of this..

The reality is that they should not want to invest in your first flip because it's too risky if you have never done it.

Then after the sale I saw them marketing these deals heavily to potential investors on their websites, making it look like a huge win for them, when that definitely was not reality IMO.

Did reality differ from expectations?

I would really suggest that you pay for the complete training and learn to do it the right way, for the right reasons- helping people to be able to obtain homeownership and not be house poor. if your goal is greed, this course isn’t for you. we get the intentions but lets talk reality.. 

Now I’m sure the owners of Bigger Pockets are glad that you would say that, but in reality, Bigger Pockets is full up with strangers, and there are very few posters that do not have something to gain by posting.If something goes wrong in your life, don’t expect a lot of help even from a paid mentor.
