Tip jars for someone that spends three minutes making me a cup of coffee?

I remember when I was an admin my employer gave a cookie jar during the holiday time and I really appreciated and the thought of leaving slowed down for a few months every year.

The act of changing the oil is not really time consuming but going to the store to buy 1 quart of oil then bringing the 1 quart of used oil to the recycling center can be.

I dont really have a need for hard money, but if I did I would be using @Andrew Michael and @Jarred Sleeth, guys Ive built relationships with now for years. 

No matter how good your properties cash flow if you don’t have the discipline to be able to keep your  hands out of the cookie jar you will continue to have problems no matter how prosperous you are.

Not just for yourself, but look for ways to help others sincerely and the karma jar will unequivocally swing back in your way as long as that’s not your goal :)

I just need to keep my hands out of the cookie jar.

I bought three inexpensive ones at the hardware store and put them outside, at the front door, garage walk door, and basement door.Most of the upstairs has hardwood floors, so I provided a microfiber mop, a gallon of Zep hardwood floor cleaner, a quart spray bottle, and even a funnel to get the cleaner into the spray bottle.
