Which investing strategies are you thinking of pursuing?

The question that I'm mulling over is, "Do I step in to fill that need, since I have the property management experience and contacts prior, or do I simply pursue investing and manage my own properties?"

@Anthony Dupre sounds like you’re buying higher priced assets, so LLCs likely make sense if you’re pursuing commercial MF (5+).

A lot has been said on dual agency already so you now know the risks of pursuing that.

Tell us where you are from, where you are looking to invest, the strategies you want to pursue, and who you want to network with, be it local investors, agents, lenders, property managers, contractors, or more. 

Even if run through other entities, or personal accounts.Either of these actions could grant access to any equity that the Norada Real Estate Investments has.I'm not an attorney, but these ideas should be pursued to see if anything applies.

I, like all other investors, will be tracking this closely and if there is any evidence that Norada did anything underhanded, I will be aggressively pursuing them as anyone would. 

It is important to note that my business partner is a family member and we are aligned on pursuing whatever strategy is most optimal for our main goal of acquiring as many properties as possible collectively, regardless of ownership percentages on paper. 

I have confirmed what @Garrett Brown shared -- my best option is an SBA disaster loan with a lower than normal interest rate to pay off our mortgage and then I can also hope for / pursue with others a land buyback program for those of us who have floodplain property that FEMA won't reinsure.

Anecdotally, from searching Wake County (WC) NC records, defaults remain at near all-time lows, and I see this market (foreclosure/pre-foreclosure) as an opportunity not worth pursuing.
