I am a pastor and adjunct professor who desires to create residual passive income from real estate investing. 

, but when a misspelling or other grammatical error is repeated over and over again, it does draw attention and annoy.That being said, I'm quite sure my English Composition professor could find, in this response, a hundred potential errors.  

I got to see William Nickerson, in person, and he told the story how his college professor told him that you could get rich in real estate. 

For the "Independent Study" course I am currently enrolled in, I'm evaluating a large acreage property from the perspective of an investor (assessing possible income-generating activities, determining development opportunities, constructing pro forma's for each scenario, etc.) with the help of the property's brokerage firm, my professor, and a few external sources who were kind enough to help out.Some information about me: From Georgetown, TexasGraduated from Texas Tech University with degrees in management and marketingI enjoy flying, and I've been a pilot for about 5 yearsI'm an avid outdoorsmanI plan on becoming an accredited land consultant at some point in the futureI'm open to any and all suggestions/advice/information from the BP community and I look forward to hearing your thoughts!  

I did well there, graduated, and was actually hired to work for the school as an adjunct professor teaching for them.  

I have an MBA professor on my team that helps me with planning and he actually writes the curriculum for the class at the university where he teaches.

This is where college professors will look at you and say "you just don't understand" when, in fact, the professor is the idiot.

I remember hearing stories from my finance professors about how when interest rates were high in 70s the banks would offer mortgage borrowers a chance to payoff their loan at a discount to the principal balance.   

Through this club I have made connections with a professor who generously offered up to $50,000 in seed money to fund my first real estate deal.

Let's also assume that a couple of professors are interested in doing a real estate deal (but they say they don't have the time / no where to start).
