Yes, it's true that you might be able to find a product you need at a greater discount when a brand like Wayfair or CB2 is having a sale, but I've found that they truly do offer superior discounts at scale, even considering the fee. 

If a person benefits from a product they sell it’s only natural if they promote what is perceived as a benefit even if the quoted benefits are not automatic or even a given. 

A 1200sqft detached ADU would prob consume 25-30% the rate of the main house making it about approx 15% lacking in producing enough power for equal production to usage on the entire property. 

I imagine cost of labor might be a little bit cheaper in Idaho compared to Connecticut as we ended up paying 10k for gas furnace and 5k for AC with 10 yr warranty for Lennox product.

What was your investment and what type of return did they offer you.I have no problem people losing money if they were expecting excessive returns on high risk products.

I could be wrong but I am unfamiliar with any products existing.

However, I noticed that as a Costco member, they also offer HVAC services, including the same product line (Lennox), along with a 10% Costco Shop Card if you go through them.Has anyone here used Costco for their HVAC needs?

@Sang Kim- thanks for clarifying you are trying to get a commercial loan ...this is a  completely different product than a home loan ...You still should be able to  locate and obtain a good commercial loan  without  having to pay any fees upfront  ( other than possibly paying for the appraisal after the  loan has been  approved )

I had a call with a loan officer yesterday and I am very intrigued, but haven't heard much in recent discussions for this product or found anything in the search bar for this bank.
