Great point, that it's worth considering allowing pets, but I wanted to call out a point with the stats you mentioned.The 15% of properties that allow pets are likely getting greater occupancy due to their permissiveness, so the 53% of travelers with pets are not necessarily bringing their pet against house rules.

I deleted the Edge browser cookies and data, tried a different browser, and tried 3 different pc's and still the same issue.When I am able tolog in I am able to download some of my books and tools and then some of themgive me a "Couldn't download - no permission"...all randomly.

The big issue here is that the legality of the receipt of out-of state referral fees is entirely permissable if you are licensed in Florida and your license is active with the DBPR and if the Principal is fully aware of the arrangement to pay you a fee this is the important part.

if you want to, you could just say the application fee is non-refundable regardless of whether or not they are approved or denied - or just put that on the form they sign to give you permission to run their credit/background checks.If you are this worried about upsetting applicants, though, I worry about you.
