We give users the ability to edit a post for 10 minutes after posting for those situations where you say something that you realize upon review needs a tweak.

So permits are not relevant to the subject of this thread for my jurisdictionNot sure if there are jurisdictions that require permits for cabinets or counters but if there is, I suspect the motivation is the fees collected for the permits.So permits SHOULD be irrelevant on this thread.best wishes

Landlords mistakenly ASSUME all PMCs offer the exact same services and operate the exact same way, so price is the only differentiator.So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services.This also leads them to ASSUME simpler is better when it comes to management contracts.

then theirs charges 1000s in extra fees. 

PM's will keep all late fees, they hold the security deposits so they collect all the interest on security deposits.
