Did you use your passport address to open or those forward mail address?

They have offered to give me a copy of the H1-Visa, their passport, a bank letter from their parents banks, showing their deposits in France and the UK.

Only the couple provided their last 2 Paychecks, Photocopy of all their IDs (which all passports were provided), tax returns which was just an estimate planner for year 2019 so we requested to see tax return of 2018 which they provided but the screenshot was so blurry however was still able to analyzed the numbers, and compare it to the numbers on their recent paychek.The credit report they say that they will send it to us later...When they did they only send us the credit scores then we ask to see the full report not credit score and they provided it.

Get a copy of his visa, passport or any other documentation from the consulate.
