Remember, transparency with sellers has nothing to do with finding cash buyers, so you can pretty much ignore "transparency with sellers", "be Jesus to sellers" , "rip your heart open and hand it to sellers" mantra when you are looking for cash buyers.

They are not for the faint of heart.

That's what's going on here, group think, long established and Brokers with hundreds of agent's under them directing them NOT to take a listing UNLESS seller does offer ___ as buyer broker compensation and guess what, they CAN do that, legally, it's the Brokers business, they can demand whatever there heart desires.

My heart skips a beat as I imagine the bills of digging a new gas supply line out to the street.

The limit is lifted, Purple Heart recipients (even if still active duty) no longer pay funding fee's, and several other changes.

My heart goes out to those affected by a bad encounter I must say.
