I know this seems like a rant (and it likely is) but I am interested in leveraging all resources at my disposal as a Realtor and as a member of the Apple Valley Community and attempt to fight to overturn the vote to change these ordinances.

Since the property records show the seller as owner, the sale is valid and can not be challenged because it’s the recorded public records that rule; if it was otherwise no real estate sale would be “safe” from being overturned because an “unrecorded” deed could always be out there.

These small time crony governments need to be confronted on these bans until they’re overturned.

Further, a foreclosure in which fair, open bidding with sufficient advance notice is absent is subject to being overturned by courts.  

AND make sure that it would require substantial majority to overturn short term rentals if already allowed.
