@Martti Eckert in our opinion, you'll need to be really familiar with construction, including costs, or be able to find somoen on the ground you can REALLY trust (but still verify).

The quick short answer in my opinion is this: If you want growth stick to the small multis that you know and once the mortgages are paid off retire fully.

I'm just speaking from a new host standpoint with the interface offered from both platforms, options & booking results, AirBNB is much superior in my opinion.

What is your opinion and how did you get signed up with them.

I am of the opinion that cash flow underwriting comes second, after first nailing the long term deal fundamentals, how strong is the equity upside and market generally speaking. 

The subjectiveness is why I was hesitant on posting it, but I wanted to hear peoples opinions anyway.
