Hey @Brett RiemensniderThere are a TON of banks/credit unions that will offer as low as Prime on a heloc on your primary residence.

Happy to jump on a call sometime and talk through these things and perhaps help narrow it down.

My plan is to mainly focus on cash flowing properties that make the 2% rule.
