After some research, it seems, there is nothing illegal about it, as long as there is not active knocking/engaging with the home owner, as well as staying away from communities whos HOA has a no trespassing signI get them all the time at my house, but they are usually for restaurants, which isn't offensive at all, which is why people probably won't complain and much as "I would like to help you sell your house if your house, etc"If anyone has any advice or knowledge about possible fines associated with this it would be much appreciated. 

Please take no offense to what I say here, I say this only as a fellow investor and someone trying to help.  

So many people are "sensitive" & take offense where none was offered. 

Very similar to how Walmart flattens mom and pop shops.In the next 10-20 years:No personal offense meant to anyone agents here, but you and I know that technology is getting to the verge of becoming MORE than just making existing systems and processes more efficient.

The last thing they want to think about is whether or not that stranger they signed their deed over is making the payments, no offense. 

No offense to anyone is investing in that area.

They seem like very nice people but the guy took offense to it when I told him firmly that no more improvements are to be made.

Keep in mind, depending on your state's landlord-tenant laws (and judges) these may not be evictable offenses.

I've had a bad experience with a Utah based company in the past in I've heard Utah companies have a bad rep - no offense to anyone here on BP. 

And what I can do to make it clear that her comments are offensive, inaccurate, and they will not be tolerated.Thank you to all who are willing and able to assist me in figuring this out.
