Onr of my rentals origanally had a floor register for the heat with hardwood floors , I made an inlay pattern out of red oak and white oak . the rest of the floor was white oak . it became the center piece of the room .

We are targeting West Sac, Natomas, Oak Park, and some other areas of Sacramento metro. 

Down by Buckeye area is closer, esp to the airport.But don't forget about these new chip factories and other BIG businesses moving into the west side.

But now that you mention it yes, if you pick an individual stock that you researched or work with, then 10x or even 1000x is doable with nothing but the strategy of reading the market like TSLA who purchased NVIDIA chips and saw it 10x recently.

The area of town (in my opinion) that is best for young professionals AND house hacking is east Dallas or North Oak Cliff.
