Hello investors, novice investor here and I just came across a couple of acres in my hometown in South Carolina for a really good price.

Novice question and I don’t know if this even works to add to my first question..

Due to us being novices, we look at each sector and think that the market is TOO HOT or its out of our price range.

What would be a correct way of wording that so it doesn't sound like a novice is going to treat you like dirt.

To a novice, this would cost them 50-$60,000.

It's too easy for the novice to miss something such as a defect in the title chain or a lien (mechanic's, municipal, etc.) on the property.
