They only sell for you if you take no action.  

The appraisal stated one was an office, another was a den and the 3rd was I think called a daylight room. 

Some have no hobbies or family and enjoy the work, so interruptions don't matter to them.

They will say its just more volume but there is no differentiator.

While trying it out, call their customer service and see how they treat you and how knowledgeable they are on their product.

out of 100 HML maybe 5 do new builds.. and zero will do loans for someone with no experience so that is going to be the key if you have experience or not.. if not they then like to see an experienced GC on your team.
