I think these would be attractive to buyers.I have heard of geothermal, but I've never seen it in real life.I've never had a buyer ask me about living carbon-neutral.

I understand that RE is local but this could also be the beginning of fear spreading throughout the country.Couple things I found interesting:1.I did a search for housing market (Neutral search) and all posts on the 1st page were negative about the housing market with all of them recent articles.

If it has rent control then the rent appreciation is constrained and rent control affects market appreciation.I have purchased a property that penciled out at cash flow neutral (including vacancy, maintenance, cap expense, misc costs estimates) that produced great ROI.
