@Ricky RigsbeeI got the analyzer and it does a good job assisting you with your underwriting and the different scenarios you can generate for comparison.

The only costs are hourly wages to an assistant to respond to the tenants if something comes up like a question about the online payment portal system or something else.

I'm going to get with the sales rep and look into this further to see if there's any other option available or if we can make a referral to a local agent in your area that might be better positioned to assist.
