I am located in Idaho, and I have found two properties (one is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath townhome ($135,000) and one is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom single-family unit ($120,000)).I am planning on living in it for the next two years with my fiancee/future wife while I finish my Master's in accounting/MBA and she finishes her Bachelors in Nursing.

Almost done with my MBA (online so I am able to currently work full time) plenty of work experience, 2 rentals properties, and passed the state realtor exam for NJ.

BP Team,I am an Executive MBA student at UCLA and currently in my final stretch working on my thesis paper.

I even put my MBA on hold yesterday (withdrew) to chase after this dream.

Lucky me, I found a great opportunity from a colleague of mine who I attended MBA school with.

Then get your MBA form the best school you can get into if you have the resources and mental aptitude.

I have minimal education in finance/accounting/operations etc, which is why I feel that an MBA might fill in the gaps in my knowledge.

Got my MBA from a top-30 program in 2018 and joined a software startup that shuttered in 2019 (you likely won't guess why...). 

I paid almost 50K for my MBA and I don't even use it. 

I just moved to Indy and I am ready to begin my investing career after finishing my MBA.
