Unfortunately, its an older building so there were not outlets for plug-in units and a masonry structure so installing ventilation fans was not conducive either.Our solution was mounting "TimeMist" dispensers on each floor.

If need to pull permits I have a good masonry guy who got violations off a clients building at about half the quote other contractors gave.

I need to break up an old patio, level, lay drainage, and resurface with some other masonry patch work.  

A masonry wall needs an expansion joint no more than 20 feet apart.

Also focus on masonry, it gets very expensive and there is no return on investment, driveways, steps, and tuck pointing are the big items for this.
