The reason the state of Oregon has a mandatory disclosure doc is to give the other fractionalized owners a list of who their partners are.. there is nothing worse than a fractionalized note that goes sour.. and you don't know who are partners are.. this can manifest itself into not being able to foreclose because not all the partners will agree to do that..
