Set out signs, lick stamps, find repair costs, etc. these are things that may not make much but someone has to do it and if your mentor can do other things, that should be enough for you to tag along.Too many out there are wannabe gurus, stay clear of them, especially those with little business experience in RE....the specialists, IMO.

Many firms that start at this point in the cycle (top) don't make it through to the next one.I've decided that instead of complaining and licking my wounds for a few years (and maybe now because I have a wife and daughter depending on my income), that I should figure out a way to make money when multifamily is slow.
