We have had just a few projects along the way, including, new electric panel box, new electric in the bathroom and kitchen, new Pex plumbing in the whole house, a support wall teardown + header beam install, whole house installation of recessed lights, new drywall in the kitchen and bathroom, new sub-floor in the kitchen and bathroom, and new hardwood floors in the entire house.

Although I do know that if a ridge beam is sagging in any way shape or form, STAY AWAY.

I understand a million dollar primary and 2nd home on Tahoe has worked for you so far, but I'd like to express that for most people, laser-focusing their dollars on cashflowing investment assets early on will serve them better. 

You could also see the beams inside the walls throughout the condo despite there being a lot of very bold colors on the walls.

I did hire a friend of mine to help tear down a wall and put up a header beam in its place.

Someone who can cut hole in original brick exterior rear wall of fishtown town house, install necessary steel beams, and repair masonry!

This year a new inspector comes and “thinks” that there might not be enough beams in the basement.
