I just went to dinner at a local “historic landmark” restaurant on many acres with ponds, streams, etc. and asked how they were making money paying for all this?

The neighborhood has appreciated and surrounded by all top schools and landmarks, but its worth over double today in 2021.

A quick google search might help too.Also, if there is an easement for the well that's not necessarily fishy, though I've never seen one for a well unless maybe it was a historic landmark.

If rentals are your preference, you have a magnitude of options from multiple universities, it being military city, lots of vacation/travel for Alamo/Riverwalk/Historic landmarks.

I definitely agree there is great potential in East TN landmarks such as the smokies.

I guess what I may be looking for is a portfolio lender and so I'm considering First Landmark Bank, which is in the area of the condo and may be a portfolio lender.What are your guys thoughts/suggestions?
