@Stuart Udis your absolutely right, as far as the market my biggest issue is that I don’t know that area very well and neither does the agent that is helping me.

We have a Chicago general contracting business, and handling the field operations is a ridiculously heavy lift.As far as finding customers I think you'll have some good success with gorillia marking at some of the local investor meetups.

As far as far as my research brings me, this is one of the zipcodes that is considered 'ok' in Detroit. 

However there are tenants out there who look to exploit technicalities in leases and that is one of the reasons  why lease language is so important.  

As far as lenders, if I don't get the numbers that I'm looking for, can I go with someone else even after they have done a lot of work like appraisals and surveys?
