I feel like once you buy you can’t sell a beach property.

I took the 3 day this past October (2018) and feel it was a great course, but it was a "repeat" of a lot of the info available for free on youtube, etc.

The open floor plan and natural lighting make the space seam bright and airy while the community features like the tennis courts Pool and guard service will make you feel at home.

I initially looked into Baltimore, but after some research, I noticed the population has been steadily declining, so I’m not feeling as confident about that market. 

I am sure everyone else feels the same though, so if there are any other recommended areas I'm open.

I have studied things and I feel I would only make maybe an extra grand a year and frankly I don't want to squeeze every last time out of people coming for vacation.Most of our guests are regular people.
