I can tell you that their involvement is on the financing side only, as they work with local installer partners on the back end with the installer managing the customer relationship so Mosaic wouldn’t typically interact with the customer directly which might explain the gap in the line of communication.

I used Zillow to list my rental and accepted someone's application however after my few interactions with them on the phone some major red flags have come up and I wanted to know am I under any legal obligation to rent my property to this person. 

Make sure you document well your interactions with the tenant.

Larger operators will get dozens of reviews per month and many more touchpoints in direct communications.Do any of y'all use a vendor, team member, or software to analyze these interactions for insights into areas of opportunity to improve guest experience?
