I saw an article in this month's Units magazine on a newer innovative one called Hello Package.   

Sarah was named Broker of the Year last year and Tru was the first brokerage in the Valley to manage a blockchain transaction.Very innovative and a majority of the agents there are investors who came because they needed the freedom to do their own deals.

So, all that to say, we are looking for some innovative ways to market and will continue with VRBO, but would also like to open up possibilities for other ways of finding renters.Thanks for weighing in! 

Hi BPs, I bought my primary res in Nov 2010 for $125k, I came to closing with  $31,744.99.

Right now, the leases on my properties start in April, June, August and September, and if I went under contract on anything else in 2018, the lease would start in Nov, Dec or Jan. 

It's not that you cant sell in Nov or Dec, but expect longer days on market or slightly lower pricing.

My thoughts are to get them on a 6 month lease in Nov. at $1100/mo, and then start an annual lease In June, whIch Is a more favorable tIme to fInd tenants vs. the wInter In MN.
