There are a ton of tools and resources that not a lot of people know so doing some YT watching and their training helps immensely. also, happy to answer any questions you might have on set up / operations.

Not good I think its a good tool for fix and flip and short term holds but not for long term holds if you have not ability to refi or enough equity to sell quickly even if you do and the sellers loan gets called they are still going to get their credit trashed. . 

You can stop, regroup, wait on your DSCR to improve....or you can keep going by using another tool in the old tool belt.

However, I’m looking for tools to help me analyze deals, particularly for multi-unit properties.

Do you have some tool for determining the median credit score for a given neighborhood?

I don't want to get lazy (in the beginning) and rely on automated tools.

Tools that I see to analyze deals: Zillow, rent websites, craigslist what other tools do you recommend?
