@Chad KoenigSo, undoubtedly, you have realized it is the frequency of the {pre}payments that is significant and the HELoC is not actually necessary.

We found it on a platform called Pre-REO.

On a pre-1900 build I often see them filled with mortar, at least here in Milwaukee.

Think of vehicles like the cyber truck where you need to sign up ahead of time to pre-order and so many people want it that the value increases shortly after they are released.
