Thanks...I wound write more but I'm on my iPhone!

I updated the software on my iPhone 4S to the 8.0 version about a week ago, and since then, the Bigger Pockets app will not work.

@Dawn Anastasi  I believe that all you would need to do is use a webcam, then upload your video to youtube or vimeo and then embed the link onto here...or an iphone - save the video to your iphone/ipad then upload to youtube or vimeo and attach the link.

I can open up the BP app but when I click on a topic, the program closes and I am directed back to my phone's home screen. Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks  

It can always explode on you down the road.Get a good lawyer, a good RMLO, and document everything.Hell I am starting to video people's agreements like a deposition and 2 attorneys, just read into the iphone the agreement please! 

And forget using it on my ipad or iphone.

For me, my iPhone is the one device I always have on me, I never take my laptop to properties with me.  

I actually gave up on checking threads through my phone and use my laptop/PC for this.I love when iphone users on BP complain about the mobile site being down for 10 minutes :)
