They're required by Homeland Security now, because you have info that someone could use to steal people's identity.Maybe someone else will have a better idea, but I'd send her to the library.

And the reason is because the employer and Homeland Security would have already thoroughly vetted them.I had great experiences with foreign workers who came for techie jobs, as well as international students.All I ever did was rent with month to month agreements, in case I had a problem tenant, as it is just easier to give them notice.

So, I just relied on the fact that Homeland Security let them in.Plus, they would have been vetted by their employer - especially a large company like Amazon.Then, all you really need to do is verify the employment - call the HR Dept directly yourself and verify what's on the offer letter.

The good news is, when you sell a home/land to someone and you foreclose on them, you get to keep the downpayment and any payments they have made - and then sell it again.
