But again our goal was flipping not holding.

I'd say to just go for the first one that makes sense and don't hold out looking for the unicorn of a deal.

Hi BP, I am looking to invest the OKC market long term hold real estate. 

How long did you hold this property for?  

My first one for a while was indicating he was going to catch me in RE value and his projectory was that he would, but his last transaction was not a hold.
