I forgot to put my price range in.I can be anywhere from 50- 120k depending on the property, cash deal. poI have noticed the few properties I liked have either sold to fast or are just out of my price range.We did a quick trip through GR recently and I obviously loved heritage hill and and the areas around eastown near fuller and wealthy st.I prefer to be in a very walk able area with a hip younger crowd even if it is considered not a great area.Thanks for the the advice about Tenets and not taking on someone elses headache.

Mortgage originators from Hudson Heritage FCU and TD bank were both very good.

The area is a very nice heritage neighborhood with 800k mansions a stone's throw away, though the immediate area is cheaper, 200-300k and also has some mansions converted to apartments.

Just my two cents...if they stayed in the states attorneys can find them.. there are only so many Ted Kazinskis who live in little hovels on Stemple pass road.. cant see the wife going along with that one.. more see the wife who looks like she may have some port heritage strolling the lanes with a big brim hat and the rich American..

Hi there,We bought a house last April in a heritage area of Richmond VA,great elementary schools, character etc & locked into a great 15 yr rate with unlimited overpayment.

We recently set a HELOC with American Heritage credit union with a fixed rate of 3.99, 3 years draw period with and 10 years Amortization .

It was also fun to see some of their heritage museums which showed what life was like prior to the discovery of oil.
