There has got to be a healthier cleaner way for these people to live where my ten year old daughter doesn't have to witness gross physical acts out in plain sight (happened last weekend).

It's a little subset of the person's ecosystem that they bring directly to you.

That will likely change because the money will follow to the good deal flow, but Austin still has a long way to go to rival Boston, SV, or other major tech centers for the whole ecosystem. 

It will just keep the family relationships healthier and prevent any kind of financial strain from happing in a worst-case scenario.

I did some research by signing up for the app and it appears to be an ecosystem with a bunch of what I could only describe as radio channels and multiple people talking a lot and sometimes over each other. 

New York and Austin both experience insane competition, but we believe Austin and Texas have healthier economic fundamentals than New York that will produce more wealth over the long term. 

Everyone plays a part in the ecosystem of an industry.

I like 1980 and after but have looked at no older than 1960.4 - 3/2 preferable. 3/1.5 could work too5 - I live in Ca but invest out of state. in much healthier and stronger economies than you mentioned and where it is easier to find a 3/2, 1990+, w/o a pool, in good schools, that will generate a positive cash flow after expenses and mortgage payments and in states that are landlord friendlier. 

Plus, I am learning too from other people posting so it is a WIN-WIN ecosystem, which is what I appreciate!
