Scratches and grooves in a solid hardwood floor. 

I put a floating tongue-and-groove bamboo floor in my first flip (a 2nd floor condo).I also installed a click-system laminate in my rental unit for a third of the price of what I paid for bamboo. 

Lock in a scrape piece of flooring into the groove of the good piece, then tap on the scrape piece to create the required pressure to make the two good piece snap together.

The sanders are very powerful and you can easily make grooves or make depressions if you stay in one spot too long.

Not only that but when you start to really move and groove when deals fall out or if they have a short sale area in their company that is potential leads that you can work with.Give to everyone!

I've used bird dogs too but haven't had much luck from those letters...again, I'm sure if I had experience or even just tried to focus on one thing (i.e. wholesaling) when I first started, I would have gotten more deals...takes time to figure out your groove and focus.

Instead of using glue it is tongue and groove like laminate floors.

Wow, crazy story, but glad you saw the bright side of the picture and I'm sure you learned a ton from that experience.I've been off this site for a while, but am anxious to get back in the groove and see if I can't pick up a property this year.
