Looking to knock out all credit card debt early next year and rebuild the 6 month emergency fund.

Suppose you have $46,000 mortgage at 8% interest on restaurant, $22,900 SBA loan, $3,900 at 1.75% interest on a microloan, $23,00 on temporary 0% interest credit cards all for the same business totaling $95,000 in debt. 

Buying hood properties with what is basically credit card debt in today’s market is so extremely high risk it borders on recklessness.

There are several benefits of having cash in the bank/liquid reserves versus an open end mortgage (a.k.a) credit card.

I don't think a gift card is necessary at this point, but if you can exchange addresses and phone numbers that would be great.Think like a neighbor....they are going to be worried about parties, noise, trash, etc.

A good analogy is baseball cards.

We have some credit card debt we are hyper focused on paying down , and 34K in my student loans (not touching currently due to SAVE plan with the zero percent interest).
