I am a designer (graphic, web, and am experienced with video editing (I have edited and designed for many fortune 500 companies and have a portfolio for my work).

SSD, Memory, Graphics card etc that way I am confident it will suit my needs.

If by this you mean to hire a designer to make your site all nice looking with Flash graphics all over the place, then I actually think this is a bad idea.

I'm pretty impressed in the level of customization it offers - you can use the 50 templates it comes with but it also offers a lot of capability to do your own thing with it, edit copy, headlines, graphics, etc. $27 a month isn't bad either.

Remove the random shutters on the one window.Relocate the house numbers to reinforce the main entrance and treat them as an accent graphic, vertically of horizontally as @Marcia Maynard suggested.Make an effort to carve out an area of the lawn to identify the main entrance with landscaping that leads your eye up to it.

I am a graphic designer by day...Overnight prints is great quality but expensive.

One time I owned an office building and one of the tenants was a graphic arts / printing place.
