Trying to facilitate bulk pools with several different AMCs will only lead to hairloss and a lot of wasted time IMO.This list would be good for agents with REO experience who need more listings, but don't think you are just going to start selling REOs for an Asset manager just because you have a name and a number.

The company I work for, Boston Realty Advisors, is looking for agents in the Boston and New York area.

I am one of those interior designers who has "staged" homes for agents and every one of them has sold during the realtor walk-through and/or the open house.

These people aren't the same as the sellers who are waiting for agents to get their house sold and have the time to wait.Hope that helps.
