In hot markets this is hard, but its also a reason a lot of new guys come in very flashy and crash and burn in a very flashy way.

There are plenty of different viable options, some more flashy and viral-worthy than others if you know what I mean.

Find a mentor who can demonstrate a history of successful students not just skill at flashy marketing.  

Maybe  I need to come up with a flashy name for it!  

For future mailings I am considering something maybe a little less flashy and a little more personable.

-Be nicer and less flashy.

Don't look for the cheapest, don't fall for the flashy stuff.
