Looking to convert a duplex into individual condos in Italian Village (Columbus, OH).

Spent a lot of time in German Village over the years, which is beautiful.

I recently purchased a SFH in highland village that comes with a huge ADU about 800sqft on top level, and 800sqft on bottom.  

The best value is Marina Village which has many rooms that can be rented, but the largest (such as for all attending presentations such as the opening and closing presentations) is not that large.  

I am relatively scattered throughout the Southside: Little Village, Brighton Park, Back of the Yards, and South Shore.

One option is to participate in fractionalized lending (or fictionalized as @Jay Hinrichs suggests 🤣).

A large majority of our guests during the winter are coming from the villages to meet with friends, doctor visits, and shopping.

Most of my clients look into areas like Old North, Old Town East/King Lincoln-BronzeVille, Merion Village, Driving Park, North Linden, Hungarian Village, Bexley, and North Hilltop.

From the research I've done, some of my favorite spots would be German Village or surrounding areas.

But I came across some youtube videos/advertisements of new housing development like the Bel Air Village, Heritage Ranch, etc.
