Everyone on here says get a RE agent to work for you and help find/facilitate deals. 

Our entire economy depends on business transactions, on middlemen, we are not cave men or primitive tribe men who barter goods for their true value, without someone in the middle facilitating the exchanges and money serving as a medium or tool to make it happen.

I have numerous in mind that I saved on Zillow and Redfin.

If they can't/won't facilitate look for a new local business bank that has a "consultative" approach and see what they'd consider to bring your banking to them.
