Looking into ground up development for single story climate control self storage facilities in my market and looking for some general guidance on design & cost rule of thumbs - any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Maybe it's a good thing that I cannot find any real operators, or underwriting models for RV/Boat storage facilities. :)Who here actually owns and operates these facilities?

Hi everyone - I have on the market my own class B 60K SF metal warehouse that I am thinking about converting half of the facility into flex space to lease out.

They have a temporary facility open now, but have plans to open a large permanent casino in the future. 

For example, if a medical facility is permitted on a 2 acre parcel and you are building a medical building, you will likely need to obtain zoning permit to show that you have adequate parking and comply with other specific regulations for this use.

Will they add those facilities to take over agency, they can and certainly will try, no doubts about that.

This home is in a great neighborhood that is right next to a elementary school, park, The Cubs spring training facility, and a huge shopping center!
