Maybe he had a really bad interaction in his youth or was taken advantage of by somebody of another ethnicity and he has a grudge ..maybe he is racist maybe he’s an atheist maybe a democrat maybe he’s a nazi .. look the point is Are you hiring him to build you a fence or for pastoral / counseling ?

It is an old widow who is part of a tight ethnic community in the area.  

The second applicant is highly qualified and we really like them but we like the ethnic family too, although unemployed and no speak english.

@Lynn Currie that's great that everyone is there to achieve a common goal, regardless of ethnic background, gender, race, etc.

It is a relatively diverse community in terms of ethnicity and income, which to me is a positive - definitely not cookie cutter.

If you don't have children of school age, perhaps not useful to pay more per square foot.As to comment on the ethnicity of Northwood - with trade war coming I expect we will see less Chinese buyers as they may be limited, sanctioned, or stopped from buying- only time will tell

I don't know, but I would bet there are alot of other ethnicities that have and still do help govern Petersburg ....

Regarding types of neighborhoods...as a residential real estate agent who deals with all types of clients (backgrounds, ethnicities, income levels, etc.), what is "ghetto" to one person is perfectly o.k. to another person so be careful about that.
