Maybe he had a really bad interaction in his youth or was taken advantage of by somebody of another ethnicity and he has a grudge ..maybe he is racist maybe he’s an atheist maybe a democrat maybe he’s a nazi .. look the point is Are you hiring him to build you a fence or for pastoral / counseling ?

If you don't have children of school age, perhaps not useful to pay more per square foot.As to comment on the ethnicity of Northwood - with trade war coming I expect we will see less Chinese buyers as they may be limited, sanctioned, or stopped from buying- only time will tell

Regarding types of neighborhoods...as a residential real estate agent who deals with all types of clients (backgrounds, ethnicities, income levels, etc.), what is "ghetto" to one person is perfectly o.k. to another person so be careful about that.
