So, if you and another person have existing personal partnership or joint venture enterprises, having your IRA transact with that person could be questionable.

I find comments by individuals saying that Dodd-Frank is an attack on freedoms, property rights and free enterprise put in place by the consumer advocates, they just aren't looking under the rug and seeing how this further benefits those who believe corporations and money should control the world.
