I have a ton of family in Florida and go there often, so that could be a possibility.The podcasts are continuing to be enlightening.

As we all know, though, it ain't easy to get one's parents to see the errors of their ways and to come around to the wise and enlightened path that we, their children, see so clearly.For that reason, I would advise you to consider the shortest distance between two points.

My contention is that with this metric being a guide line and in investor heavy markets price's will not rise when the enlightened use this rule for backing into purchase prices.
