It is possible to buy too many too fast and put yourself in a financial hardship.Have you ever heard of a startup store that done real good and added another store that done good?

Most of my locations are in areas that a store maybe 10 minutes away. 

To start I made sure that I found a majority of my furniture from locally sourced companies such as thrift stores, Facebook marketplace, mom-and-pop shops, and so on because I felt if I'm going to do this right I want to support the local community I am investing into.

These foundational elements enable you to navigate transactions successfully and make informed decisions.While there are many resources available, including courses and mentorships, the reality is that without a foundational knowledge base, you might struggle to apply what you've learned effectively in real-world scenarios.

I store some funds in a HYSA as well as lower risk investments.

But falling 10/20/30 bond yields don't translate into rising CRE values as down GDP means more store closings, lower NOI, lower office rents/industrial etc, etc.
