I think most adults, at some stage, had to set boundaries with their parents for a myriad of reasons. 

Definitely a lesson learned to not pay in advance no matter what stage we are in the process/relationship that has been built.Luckily, I already met with three different contractors and all of them are wanting to finish the project within our February deadline.

Very few partnerships survive after the honeymoon stage.

It's not staged or anything, just an empty house.

Very few even grasp what this means, it means to HURT, to exist in a state of PAIN, to choose to live in pain in so many ways, so many aspect, because one is choosing to SUFFER on so many aspects of life, to afford the total dedication and allocation of EVERYTHING to that ONE-THING that truly and most importantly matters at this stage in the plan.     

I do think something is off with what the realtor was doing if she asked for 30k in advance for staging which should be done by a different company, not her, but the post is basically just pure fear from not knowing what one is doing and then trying to out someone and take no responsibility.

Currently, I am in the early stages of BRRRRing two properties and hunting for more.  

Then add staging, and now into marketing, how to pump it out there for maximum exposure, now we are paying all these sites to list and promote, burning a few hundred on FB ad's, a few hundred on this site, a few hundred on that site.
