The guy looks pretty scammy to me.

Our total invested into this property is 1.14 million among 10 investors (this amount does include a 250k seller carry loan to be paid off by the 2 of the investors over 5 years).This property was up and running starting December 15 and we have had it pretty booked since then.  

Some days are pretty minor, but you need to skim, check filters, check ph, check cholrine, etc. 

Hey Frank, not sure who you're replying to but I want to emphasize based on what you said pretty much EVERY mortgage broker should have 10-20 options of lenders who can do this.

I am still up there pretty frequently though so if there are every any REI meetups that you know about or a way to find those I would love to explore that possibility!

Seems pretty good to me. 

Also @Andrew Syrios thank you for your opinion also, it´s pretty much helpful to have different opinions and perspectives, but still difficult to decide when someone it´s just beginning.
